Age Requirement
The minimum age as on 31st March of the year of admission should be:
Playgroup: 2 Years
Nursery: 3 Years
Lower Kindergarten: 4 Years
Upper Kindergarten: 5 Years
Class 1: 6 Years
Procedure of Applying for Admission
After purchasing this Prospectus, parents seeking admission for their wards must fill in the Registration Form attached to the Prospectus and submit it along with their acceptance of the Rules and Regulations to be followed in the College Office on or before the last date mentioned in the form. All the documents mentioned in the paragraph below must be submitted for scrutiny. Forms that are incomplete will be summarily rejected without giving any notice.
Documents Required
An original Transfer Certificate, a Character Certificate signed by the Head of the previous school, the attested Xerox copy of the Mark Sheet for the last Exam passed, 2 passport size colour photographs of the candidate along with Aadhaar Cards of the candidate as well as both the parents are required at the time of obtaining the Registration Form.
Provisional Admission
Candidates seeking admissions will be interviewed and tested for preparedness for the classes to which they seek admission. Admission will be offered to Class XI students from other schools on the basis of
their performance at the Class X Board Examinations and an interview. A written test will also be conducted. Admission to Class XI will remain provisional unless approved by the Council.
Kindly note that registration does not guarantee admission.
Formalities
Candidates offered admission will be required to complete all admission formalities, including payment of the requisite fee, within a week, failing which no further requests for admission will be entertained. The College reserves the right to offer the seat to another candidate in order to merit.
The College may ask applicants to any class in the Senior School (VI – XII) to appear for an Admission Test in English and the Core Subjects if the credentials of the candidate are found doubtful or unsatisfactory, which may include his proficiency in the English Language, among other things.
Online applications for admission will also be accepted, particularly with regard to Boarders, but the candidate and both the parents will have to present themselves for a personal interview before being finally inducted into the Boarding House.
